Save up to $400 per person, when you register by May 18, 2012.
Early registration prices are available through May 18. Advance registration prices are available May 19–Sept. 7. After Sept. 7, on-site registration prices apply.

ASA members enjoy a significant discount on Staffing World 2012 registration fees. Not a member? Join ASA today to receive more discounts for members. Want to try us out first? If you attend Staffing World 2012 as a nonmember and then join ASA between Oct. 12 and Dec. 31, you will receive a $50 credit for each full convention and expo registration purchased by your company to apply toward your 2013 membership dues.

Full Convention and Expo Package
Includes keynotes; workshops; expo; Tuesday expo welcome reception; Wednesday breakfast, refreshment breaks, Knowledge Network, expo luncheon, and happy hour in expo hall; Thursday breakfast, refreshment breaks, expo luncheon, and grand banquet.
Package also includes access to recorded workshop content online (synchronized audio with PowerPoint slides) and the option to download audio-only MP3 files. If you do not wish to receive access to recorded content as part of your convention and expo registration package, you may subtract $195 from the registration package price.

Guest Package
The guest package is reserved for spouses or friends accompanying an attendee or exhibitor in a social capacity. The host attendee or exhibitor must purchase a full convention and expo package, and the guest may not be an employee of or otherwise affiliated with a staffing firm or industry supplier. The guest package includes the Tuesday expo welcome reception; Wednesday breakfast, refreshment breaks, expo hall luncheon, and happy hour in expo hall; Thursday breakfast, refreshment breaks, expo hall luncheon, and grand banquet. The Knowledge Network and all keynotes and workshops are excluded; guest registrants who attend any of these events will be automatically upgraded to a full convention and expo package and charged accordingly.

Registration Policies
To qualify for early registration pricing discounts, full payment must be received by May 18. Registrations received without payment will not be processed. Each registrant will receive a separate confirmation by e-mail. On-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office by Sept. 7. After that date, no refunds will be awarded. Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellation. All cancellations will be assessed a 20% administrative charge. Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows.
