After 14 years directing a Head Start preschool, Rebecca decided she'd prefer taking care of business instead of taking care of tots. But how?

Having worked summers in temporary assignments, she knew she could rely on a staffing firm for help. Soon she was on assignment with the Department of Homeland Security, helping to safeguard the nation's ports and quickly rising to a supervisory position.

"I needed the opportunity to prove myself," she says.

From Head Start to a fresh start, Rebecca feels new security in her new career.
